Notes regarding Online Appointment
**For each consultation, a full written consultation report will be issued. You can then decide to stage on your own or use our hands on staging services.
**For online consultation appointments, a $50 nonrefundable onsite service fee will be charged prior to the appointment, which will be credited toward the total balance of the consultation fee. Zelle transfer is preferred. Please contact us for details. Thank you!
