Fees
- Staging consultation is charged at a flat fee of $450. For each consultation a full written report will be issued.
- All other services are based on an hourly rate of $150. (e.g. For a medium sized occupied home below 3,500 square feet, a hands on full service staging would typically require 8-9 hours work. The total service charge plus home décor rentals will be around $1,500.)
- For vacant properties where furniture rentals needed, extra rental and handling fees will be added.
